For Face:
- Basic Mask: Mix one part clay with mineral water or hydrosol at a 1:1 ratio using a wooden spoon in a glass or ceramic bowl (do not use metal utensils) until you achieve a smooth paste. Apply to the face and leave on for 5 minutes (the mask may dry and crack during this time). Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use once a week.
- Oily and Acne-Prone Skin: Mix the clay with herbal tea, such as yarrow, horsetail, St. John's wort, or chamomile. You can enrich the mixture with honey, lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar.
- Mature and Dry Skin: Mix the clay with argan oil, cucumber, carrot juice, cottage cheese, olive oil, and wheat germ oil. Apply to the face. Rinse off after 10-15 minutes.
For Bath: Mix the clay with warm bath water.
Warm Compresses: Apply the clay paste (in the same proportion as the mask) to the affected areas (such as joints, muscles, neck, forehead), then wrap them with a warm, damp towel. Rinse the compress thoroughly with water after 30–60 minutes. Repeat the procedure daily until symptoms subside.
