It didn't quite work for me, unfortunately. There is a slight feeling of film, the smell is somewhat subtle, but it lingers persistently. There is no real moisturizing effect, just a film on the skin. I will continue searching.

The cream moisturizes and softens well, but the fragrance is so strong that it is impossible to get rid of it even after washing the cream off with water.

The best lotions from this manufacturer. I apply them immediately in the shower on wet body. Pleasant scent, light consistency, absorbs quickly and does not leave stains on clothes. The quality is no worse than Topicrem. Perfect for dry skin.

Nice lotion, I actually liked the scent, was expecting worse, it quickly fades away. Moisturizing is average, would prefer more nourishment for winter, I use it on my children, skin feels smooth and velvety. It's good for maintaining normal skin condition, but won't do anything for those with eczema.

I have been using it for one week.
Scent: initially quite intense, floral-creamy. It's hard to pinpoint exactly: it's not "spicy oriental," nor field flowers, nor in the direction of lilies-jasmines... it's like a bouquet of some synthetic variety). Unfortunately, I don't know what cranberries smell like. After approximately 2-3 hours, the scent becomes very close to the skin, with a slight sweet trail, the "flower" is no longer noticeable. It may not be suitable for those who appreciate light, neutral scents.
Consistency: medium thickness, spreads easily on the body and is quickly absorbed by the skin, leaving no film. I have dry, sensitive skin prone to allergic reactions to cosmetics, including pharmacy ones. It did not cause any allergic reactions.
Moisturization: 9 out of 10 for summer, but it will be insufficient for me in winter. It will be very weak for atopic individuals.
Packaging: convenient oval tube with a dispenser.
Rating 5: volume/ingredients/result/acceptable scent for me/absence of allergic reactions make the purchase justified 100%.

Whoever writes about a grandmother's smell has clearly not smelled Topikrem. It really smells like a grandmother's chest. This cream smells like some kind of flower, like linden. The scent is sweet, but not strong or overwhelming. It absorbs quickly, not as greasy as the same Topikrem. That one took forever to absorb into my skin.
