Essence Cosrx Galactomyces 95 Tone Balancing Essence

Great product! The skin is soft, smooth, and not sticky. It gradually lightens. I have been using it for several years. I recommend it.

I decided to try this as a budget replacement for Manyo Galac 2.0, as I have oily and problematic skin. First impressions: it absorbs instantly, tightens pores, and gives a radiant glow. However, after a few uses, I experienced a lot of breakouts. I decided to continue using it, and after two weeks, the breakouts cleared up. I have been using it for a month now and I am very satisfied. It provides deep hydration, quickly gets rid of post-acne marks, and most importantly, it works on closed comedones! I have always had closed comedones, and even with the simultaneous use of Retinol, AHA, BHA, enzymes, this simple moisturizing essence made significant changes.

I have been using it for a week and I don't see any results. But at least it didn't do anything bad to my skin. Maybe I need to use it a little more to see some effect.

The essence is sticky when applied. It doesn't bother me because I apply it in the morning, right after washing my face, as a toner+serum, followed by a two-phase lightweight oil with massage. I don't use it as part of my main morning skincare routine after working out.

However, in some areas, it causes redness, which I cannot tolerate. I prefer gentle and non-aggressive skincare. Today, I applied a clay mask from a French brand (known for gentle formulas) on top, and it stung a little. After rinsing it off, my face became very red. They didn't work well together.

I don't know about the lighting (because I'm not prone to pigmentation), but this essence makes my skin perfectly smooth. After applying it, the effect of perfect skin lasts for several hours.

Given: oily and problematic skin, used this product for over a month.

This essence did not lighten anything on my skin: freckles, redness, and post-acne marks still remain on my skin.

The essence moisturizes the skin, but I cannot confirm its wrinkle-smoothing effect. The elasticity and firmness of the skin have not changed.

Good essence, moisturizes the skin, adds shine. I have combination skin, this product worked well for me.

I used this product every day for about three months without any significant results. Then, I decided to switch to essences/serums from other manufacturers, and my skin started improving visibly. It became clear that this product does absolutely nothing for my skin. However, I'm thankful that it didn't cause any allergies or breakouts, unlike their Snail 92 cream, which had a negative reaction on my skin. Unfortunately, it seems like this brand is not for me. The only thing that has worked perfectly for me from this manufacturer is their salicylic foam.

I have sensitive skin prone to breakouts and oiliness. I use this essence as a basic skincare product after cleansing and toning. It is less moisturizing than the oil-free lotion from the same brand, but it works well during hot periods. Unfortunately, it may not be enough for dry skin, so you will have to apply a cream on top of it. It does not cause irritation or new breakouts. I'm not sure about its lightening effect, as my skin is already fair, but my freckles have not completely disappeared even after using it for almost a year. It is economical to use - one pump is enough for my entire face and part of my neck. I apply it on wet skin after toner, and it really helps reduce the amount used. It is a decent basic skincare product, but don't expect miracles.
