I took the Silver Blonde shade. I liked the product! I have blonde hair, and my eternal problem is that all toners don't cover the yellow tint. This product immediately removed the yellow color from my hair, giving it a cool blonde shade. I am satisfied! It didn't damage my hair.
Cool alternative to expensive salon tinting, the color is soft and applies evenly. If you leave it on for more than half an hour like a mask, it gives a miraculous effect of luxurious shiny hair.
Hair like after ammonia dye. Became very thin. Lost volume. Do not risk it and never take it. The hair dye itself is excellent, but this balm is a complete disappointment.
The first use for 5 minutes - the result is excellent. The second time, I left it on for 10-15 minutes, and it excessively dried out my hair. I do not recommend leaving it on for more than 5 minutes as it will damage and make the hair dry.
Unfortunately, the Rose Gold shade appeared blotchy on bleached blonde hair:( I left it on for 10 minutes, tried to apply it evenly, and my hair is not thick. It's sad.

I chose the shade of golden blonde. It doesn't tone the roots, of course, but it nourishes the hair very well, making it feel like after coloring. However, it does dry out the ends. The scent is pleasant, just like all Chi products, I liked it. I will use it when my hair grows out and I can't find time to dye it.
I was planning to freshen up my hair color before a photoshoot. I ordered yesterday in the shade "dark chocolate". I received my conditioner today, but there is no manufacturing date or expiration date on the tube. I checked the batch code with several calculators and it turns out it was manufactured in November 2016, which means it expires in 2 months.
I liked it, it's a pity I didn't use it earlier. But it really dries out the ends of the hair, and it's not easy to wash off the bathtub after applying it - for this reason, I deduct one star.
Expected more from this conditioner. It has a very nice smell, and that's probably all the positives. I used it on my ombre to get closer to my natural hair color. It's stated that the shade is chocolate, but the color is much lighter than chocolate. The ends of my hair were dry after using this conditioner.
I have dark blond hair. The color turned out great, and most importantly, it looks natural and my hair looks good. The scent is pleasant, as always with Chi.
I use this hairdryer. It dries out and electrifies the hair a lot.
