The thread is of very high quality, one of the best in my opinion. We have tried many different ones: Oral B, Vitis, Glister, Jordan... But I always come back to Hambel. The charcoal thread from the same manufacturer is a bit rougher and cleans better, while this one is more delicate. It really depends on personal preference. The thread is strong, does not break, and does not get stuck between the teeth.
Regarding the packaging, there can be some nuances if you treat the box as if it were plastic or regularly wet it. But this is super obvious because it is cardboard. Personally, I had no problems, I ordered it five times. You can also get just the thread and put it in a plastic box from another manufacturer, most of them are almost all resealable and can be reused.
As for the naturalness, people simply don't read the description. It clearly states that the thread is made of nylon. So negative reviews regarding this aspect are irrelevant to the product, it is more of a review on makeup classification. I believe the overall rating is underestimated due to unjustified expectations.
I purchased this product two weeks ago. The thread is not natural, uncomfortable to use, and it causes my gums to bleed. The only thing that is natural about it is the packaging. I will not buy this product again.

Website administration, please remove this item from the natural section. I bought 3 pieces at a significantly higher price than in a regular store because I thought it was zero waste production made of natural material. But the floss turned out to be made of nylon with natural wax on top.
The eco-box is not of good quality, as the thread detached from the box on the third use.
The packaging is quite flimsy, as I accidentally tore a piece of the cover while opening it. However, I appreciate the eco-friendly initiative behind it.
Now, onto the positive aspects. I really liked the thread - it is soft, flat, and perfect for narrow gaps between teeth. It doesn't cut or split the gums. The scent is very light and natural, and it has a decent amount of thread on the spool.
I am very pleased with the packaging: a cardboard box with a metal cutter for cutting the thread. The thread itself has a red color and is soft. It does its job well. The only thing is that I couldn't smell any cinnamon scent at all.
I love the lingering taste of cinnamon on my teeth. It truly makes me feel the naturalness of this brand. Everything is so gentle and unique, especially after using plastic products.
