The shampoo is liquid, like water, poorly foams (but that's forgivable) and has a strong chemical smell, after which you need to ventilate the entire apartment.
It turned my naturally smooth and shiny hair into straw! I hoped that this would be a temporary effect and that my hair would start "saturating and recovering".... I waited for a month... no miracle happened. Thank God, at least they remained in place!
