Draw a wing starting from the inner corner going outwards. Make sure that a brush goes along the lash line. Apply eyeliner to upper lash line and fill the area between the two lines. Finally finish off the eyes with mascara or eyeshadows, if necessary.

The eyeliner is great, it draws clearly, and the color is saturated. It doesn't smudge or smear. I'm very satisfied, I recommend it!
Great eyeliner. The best one I've ever had. Although I bought it in Poland.
It has a very precise contour that doesn't smudge or crumble. The eyeliner doesn't dry out. It has a convenient brush.
I've been using it almost every day for almost a year.
Terrible eyeliner, the color is not saturated, you have to apply it several times to get a decent result. The quantity is almost zero, it only lasts for a couple of hours, it fades and smudges very quickly. I had an eyeliner from Eveline before, and it was much better in comparison.
The quality of this product leaves much to be desired. In this price range, there are much better eyeliners available. It is absolutely impossible to draw precise and even lines, as the line ends up with jagged edges. Drawing with this eyeliner takes much more time than when using other normal eyeliners.
Took it for a test. It lasted for more than a year with daily use, and it did not dry out. The brush is very convenient and not soft. I recommend it.

The eyeliner is excellent, especially considering the price-quality ratio. It draws beautifully, smoothly, without gaps, does not smudge, and is easily removed with Lumene makeup remover. I don't know how long it will last since I just bought it, but so far I'm very satisfied.
It is easy to apply, but by the evening it spreads horribly and circles like a panda appear around the eyes.
