I didn't buy it here, but I want to recommend it for treating body skin in psoriasis. In my child, the elbows and knees cleared up after 3 days of use! However, the serum didn't help with my scalp psoriasis. I believe it is only effective for mild cases, as the deeply affected psoriatic areas only respond to hormones.

It is not advisable to use hormonal creams for a long time, but the doctor allowed me to use this emulsion for an extended period. I recommend it!
