Not natural!!
Website administration, please remove this item from the natural sector. I bought 3 pieces at a much higher price than in a regular store because I thought it was zero waste production made from natural materials. But the floss turned out to be made of nylon with a natural wax coating on top.
The eco-box is not of good quality, as the thread detached from the box on the third use.
As for the floss, it does a good job. And the company is socially responsible, but don't deceive consumers by claiming it is natural.
I adore products from this company, and this floss is my absolute favorite! It is very convenient to use, doesn't harm the gums, has a very neutral taste, and most importantly, it is natural in every aspect. Regarding the packaging: it is a bit inconvenient as the cardboard easily tears or gets damp, but at the same time, you are not polluting the environment with plastic, so it's not a problem for me!
