I bought it a while ago, didn't like it, it's not effective at all. I only apply it because my lips get dry, but it doesn't heal them. If there are any dry patches on my lips, it doesn't remove them.
I loved this balm. I first ordered it from "abroad". I used it until the last drop. I decided to order the second one here. The external packaging and labels are identical. Differences: spatula of different colors (the first was white, the second was transparent) and the smell is different (the first was unobtrusive, the second had an unpleasant strong smell of eucalyptus). As for the use: I ordered it on August 27, 2020. My lips are prone to drying out and I rub them to the blood if there are any chaps. The first balm saved me and I forgot what chapped lips were for 4 months. I used the second one for about a month when my lips were already damaged and I couldn't understand why they were getting worse and not better. I stopped using it for 2 weeks and my lips got better. I decided to try again and the same story with deterioration repeated. As soon as I stopped using it, my lips normalized. So, this balm went to the trash with makeup. I don't want to order from "abroad" because it may turn out that the problem is not with the makeup, but with the manufacturer changing the composition. If I could put -5*, I would.
The mask is not bad, although it quickly absorbs/washes off. I am deducting stars for the unclear ingredient in the composition, which starts to taste bitter in the mouth when it evaporates, causing coughing. You apply it before bed and go to sleep - and the fun begins. I have finished the jar and will not buy it again.
I have been using this product for a week and I am 100% satisfied. It effectively restores and heals the delicate skin of the lips at night, while maintaining optimal balance during the day without feeling heavy. I highly recommend it!
I have been using it for a few days now, bought it for a trial at a promotional price. I liked it much more than the pink Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask (I have the mini version). It doesn't leave a greasy film on the lips and has a very pleasant delicate scent. It applies easily with the included spatula. My lip skin has not cracked once during the days of use.
I have very dry lips... unfortunately, I didn't feel or see any moisturizing effect overnight. My lips stayed oily all night, and in the morning, everything just came off and there was nothing special. It didn't work for me, as the mask didn't provide the desired effect.

Great mask, nourishes wonderfully and doesn't get absorbed in 5 minutes.
