We gave this to our child as a New Year's gift, but it turned out to be stiff and rubs the gums. Our child doesn't want to clean with it. We are 6 years old and I'm giving stars for the stickers. We cleaned it at the lowest speed, but I don't understand why they say it is soft, it is not soft at all. We tried using it with breaks of a few days, slowly and at the lowest speed, but the child says it hurts to clean and it rubs.
