Adding to the review: I chose shade 4 (warm brown) + 10 volume developer, but my hair didn't turn out as soft and shiny as expected. Previously, I used Goldwell Colorance with a 2% developer, and my hair was softer. Perhaps it's because the developer recommended for this dye is 3%. But once I finish the liter bottle of developer, I will go back to Goldwell. My hair feels as stiff as it does with regular ammonia-based dye after using this toner.
