How does the exchange and return process work?

You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, undamaged, and remain in their original packaging. Please complete the return form and send it along with photos to our customer service team. Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

We offer delivery via DPD courier or DPD Pickup Points. Delivery is free for orders over €25; for orders below €25, a €5.90 delivery fee applies. The estimated delivery time is approximately 4 business days.
