Recommended by a dermatologist, it helped to combat seborrheic dermatitis (I don't have any other skin problems). It is effective, but it really dries out the hair, so I suggest women to immediately purchase a good conditioner/mask.
It didn't help me. It dries out the hair a lot. So make sure to use a conditioner after it.
This shampoo really helps, it was recommended to me by a trichologist for seborrheic dermatitis. I alternate this shampoo with Vichy Dercos Anti-Dandruff Treatment Shampoo. So, one day I wash my hair with Ducray Kertiol P.S.O shampoo, leaving it on the skin for two minutes, then rinse and shampoo again, doing a gentle massage with my fingers. And on the second day, I use Vichy Dercos Anti-Dandruff Treatment Shampoo, leaving it on the scalp for five minutes, then rinse, shampoo again, and rinse again before that, doing a gentle massage. I can say that the condition of my scalp has really improved. Firstly, my scalp doesn't itch anymore. And secondly, the flakes have almost completely disappeared. So overall, I am very satisfied with the result! But still, I recommend consulting a trichologist before buying anything.

I recommend it for people with seborrheic dermatitis. Of all the products I have tried, this one is the most effective. It does dry out the hair a bit, but I use a hair mask to counteract that and don't consider it a problem. It cleanses the flakes very well and relieves itching. Excellent shampoo. But it does not cure psoriasis itself. It's all individual. My dermatologist prescribed me this shampoo. It relieves itching, redness, and slightly exfoliates, but the plaques on the scalp remain.
Calms the scalp, reduces itching, but very drying for the length of the hair, incredibly so. I have dry and brittle hair, due to over-drying they start to simply fall out in the length, even powerful conditioners don't help. I had to alternate using it and use it for psoriasis prevention, but it doesn't completely eliminate the problem itself.
The doctor for psoriasis of the hairy part of the scalp recommended a couple of shampoos, I immediately rejected one because I don't understand why damaged skin would need a shampoo with sodium laureth sulfate, but I decided to try this one. I have used a couple of tubes already, on its own it won't help with psoriasis, but in combination with the ointment, it's just perfect. It does cleanse the hair thoroughly, but any good hair conditioner can handle that. Very satisfied with the purchase, I recommend it)

I bought my first bottle 3 years ago and was very satisfied with the shampoo, despite the smell of sulfur. Now I bought a new bottle and immediately noticed that the manufacturer changed the formula. The shampoo has become more liquid, without the smell of sulfur, and it cleans my hair thoroughly. It is also very economical to use. Overall, a very good shampoo.
I have psoriasis on my scalp and my doctor recommended this shampoo.
