Apply a small amount of toothpaste on a toothbrush. Brush the teeth in a circular motion while gently massaging the gums. Rinse the mouth with water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.

The whitening effect is not very noticeable, the taste is slightly unusual but not overpowering. It doesn't foam very well. It did cause a slight sensitivity in my teeth (although this is not uncommon for whitening toothpaste). Overall, I bought it because it doesn't contain fluoride, so my teeth can rest from it a bit. But I probably won't buy it again.
I bought it randomly, not here. I had a problem in the form of a pigmented spot on my front tooth, which I partially accepted. After three days of using an electric toothbrush, the spot almost completely disappeared. It has an unusual taste and texture, doesn't foam much, but definitely worth paying attention to. I recommend it!
