I am very satisfied with this balm. Previously, I used a different one, but it was out of stock for a long time. I decided to try this one and I don't regret it. It detangles the hair nicely, feels pleasant to the touch, and has a nice scent.
I liked the balm, it made my hair soft and easy to comb. I took off one star because of the overpowering sweet scent, which is not pleasant for me.
I liked it, although I have previously used much more expensive balms.
In my opinion, it is the best option for highlighted hair. After using it, the hair is easy to comb, vibrant, and smooth after drying.

Unfortunately, not for the first time, I come across the fact that notes regarding the time and date of delivery are completely ignored. A special 'hello' to the couriers. The way they communicate with customers completely nullifies the pleasant bonus of free delivery. They get upset that I cannot accept the delivery when they call, claiming that they are in my area right now, but won't be there at 4 pm. Please either clarify in advance the fact that couriers are only available in specific locations at certain times or explain to them that their working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.
I have damaged hair due to constant coloring, so I decided to try this conditioner. I apply it after washing for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. The hair has a pleasant gentle scent, is easy to comb, and looks well-groomed.

My hair has not been this silky in a long time. In combination with the shampoo, my hair came back to life after the first use. I will now constantly buy and use it. As for color preservation, I can't say yet as I cut my dyed hair just before using it, but I plan to dye it again and hope that the shampoo and conditioner will help with that too.
