Yes, it is sticky, but if you "tear off" the edge of the jar, there are no issues with getting a small amount.
Those who say it "doesn't moisturize enough" are clearly beginners in Korean skincare. ALL snail creams, for the most part, do NOT moisturize! Their purpose is to exfoliate, so to speak. To renew the skin. And after using them, if necessary, you apply moisturizing creams on top. And underneath them, you can and should use a hydrating toner, emulsion, whatever you use.
For example, I use a toner with galactomyces, 2-3 layers, then an emulsion with seawater or a serum with panthenol, and only then the snail cream.
I have combination skin, 40+, but with all this skincare routine, it is NOT oily, NOT sticky, comfortable all day long!
If someone's face, on the other hand, gets more oily (and the cream itself is not oily at all), either there is still a lack of moisture and the skin is protecting itself, or, sadly, some ingredient is irritating and not suitable for them. And that needs to be identified.

I agree with Galina's review. The cream is sticky and slimy, and when you wash your face, it feels like you're washing off slime - I find this unpleasant.
