1. Apply a standard manicure: base coat, two thin layers of gel polish, and a top coat without a sticky layer (Top no wipe).
2. On the cured top coat without a sticky layer (Top no wipe), gently apply a small amount of SemiFlash powder using an applicator.
3. Remove any excess powder with a soft-bristled brush.
4. Apply another top coat and cure it under a lamp. Then, apply a layer of top coat without a sticky layer (Top no wipe) and cure it under the lamp.
