I didn't notice any effect, not worth the price.
I chose these patches based on reviews, I don't know if they are different from other patches, but at least they don't burn (I have sensitive skin) and they stick well to the skin, with a neutral smell. I don't see any noticeable effect, but I hope they are able to moisturize the skin around the eyes.
