I disagree with the previous reviews, as I have been using these strips for several years. Of course, it is necessary to moisten them, and it is even better to steam the nose beforehand. It is important to read the instructions before using them.
It smells awful, to the point of making me feel nauseous. It has some kind of strong chemical scent. I couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes, and I felt sick the entire evening.
