Cream, like a cream for this money. Very greasy. I want to note that dimethicone is listed as the first ingredient, which is not very good. If I had seen the composition before purchasing, I wouldn't have bought it.
And I liked the cream, firstly because it is super economical. The cream is oily, yes, but you only need to apply a very small amount. Just touch your finger to the cream, and that amount is enough for half of the face from the forehead to the chin. It provides moisturization for the whole day, and there are no breakouts after using it. You can also just pat your face with a tissue and there is no shine at all. I would say it is suitable for dry or normal skin types.
