I ordered two tones of NEO MAKE UP 04, Matte and HD, for myself. I have tanned skin, so 04 was perfect for me. The difference between the two can be felt in the products themselves: Matte is like liquid silk, skin feels like velvet; HD is more suitable for moisturizing dryer skin.
