The cream is no good, it makes the hair dry.
I cannot agree with the positive reviews about the cream. After drying, the hair feels crunchy and rough to the touch, like straw.
I don't understand why I was sent a black color when I ordered a completely different makeup. I don't need black! I place orders every day, but recently you've been putting the wrong items in my order, and your couriers are not happy when I give them 10 hryvnias in coins instead of paper money.

Using it as a thermal protectant, it provides excellent protection (when blow-drying), beautiful visual appearance, shine, and smoothness. The scent is just lovely.
The hair is not dyed and not severely damaged. The cream itself contains silicone, so it smooths the hair, provides easy combing, and gives a nice visual effect. However, I will not use it constantly because I do not see nourishment and moisturization.

I didn't buy it here, but based on the reviews on Makeup, I was completely disappointed with this product. It made my hair even drier and it felt crunchy in my hands. It didn't detangle well either. I bought it spontaneously because I ran out of hair conditioner and wanted to order the Matrix mask, since I use their shampoo. But it was vacation season and I didn't have time to wait, so after reading that many people liked this product, I decided to try it. At first, I didn't understand what the problem was and I tried using the CHI keratin to revive my hair, but it didn't help. It seems like Loreal has the opposite effect. It's not suitable for colored hair at all. Today, I bought the Garnier 4-in-1 mask and my hair looks good again, soft and obedient. This is the first time I've had such a disappointing experience.

I'm very glad that the arginine series finally has a cream. The Dream Long cream didn't impress me. I've been using it for two weeks, my hair type is oily, and the cream doesn't make my hair greasy (I rub a little cream in my palms and apply it along the length, but not on the roots). I use it along with the entire L'Oreal Arginine range - shampoo, conditioner, and mask. I've been using this series for about 5 years, and my hair has really stopped falling out like it used to. Hair loss has stopped in the shower and on the comb, and I haven't noticed it until now.
