  • During menstruation, it is especially important for women to feel comfortable, fresh, and confident. The menstrual cup from the Silver Care brand is an excellent alternative to traditional feminine hygiene products like tampons and pads. The product functions like a tampon by collecting menstrual flow. You will no longer need to constantly purchase hygiene products (pads and tampons with various absorbent properties). By choosing a menstrual cup, you contribute to environmental conservation and help reduce the amount of cellulose waste.

    Features of the Silver Care Menstrual Cup:

    - Lifespan of up to 10 years;
    - Size L is suitable for women who have given birth;
    - Economical and environmentally friendly purchase;
    - Does not leak when properly inserted;
    - Avoids unpleasant odors that are hard to prevent with pads;
    - Does not cause discomfort during use;
    - Does not disrupt the natural microflora or cause dryness;
    - Suitable for sports and swimming;
    - Made from safe medical-grade silicone.

  • Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try several and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. Once in place, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you feel dents or folds, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once it's in place, try pulling slightly on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
