I received the foundation in shade B30. I am satisfied, it matches my light tan perfectly, applies smoothly, adjusts well to the skin tone, and has a pleasant scent. It shines a bit on very moisturized skin, but almost mattifies on less moisturized skin. I am very pleased and recommend it. Thank you, MAKEUP, and the courier is simply the best in the world!!!!!
This foundation, in the future, is not suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
I didn't buy it here, but I'll leave a review. The foundation is terrible, it settles into pores and sits on the face like a film, and it's quite noticeable. After three hours, my face becomes shiny like a pancake. It's on the same level as or even worse than L'Oreal. It's simply a disaster for the price.
It didn't really work for me.
My favorite foundations are different from YSL (in the photo) and Estee Lauder.
I tried this foundation as a replacement. The slightly dewy finish is nice, it works for normal skin, although it doesn't blend as well as the other YSL foundation.
But I couldn't evaluate all the pros and cons because the shade didn't match. I hoped that, based on the YSL All Hours Foundation, the shade would be similar. However, it's noticeably more yellow and darker. I could only use it by mixing it with the lightest shade of Estee Lauder. By the way, it's a great combination to combat the heavy matte finish of Estee Lauder.
This is what the 5-hour wear product looks like, the skin is moisturized. I use expensive skincare and also use a luxury base before applying the cream, but you can see the results for yourself. Dior is much better.
I tested a sample. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. It dries out the skin too much and sits with a noticeable layer.
I have been buying this foundation for the 3rd time, in shade 40. It applies beautifully and gives a light glow to the skin with a matte finish. The packaging is convenient. It works great for normal, non-dry skin. I highly recommend it.
"For dry skin, it fits well, does not dry out, long-lasting. For fair skin, V10 is better."
I tested the original sample of this cream.
And it's a good thing it was a sample because the cream didn't work for me.
It dries out the skin (even when previously moisturized with cream + primer).
It emphasizes all wrinkles, imperfections, and settles into the corners of the nose, drying out the skin to the point of flaking.
I definitely won't be getting the full-size version.
The creams from Fenty Beauty and Estée Lauder are much better.
I am surprised by the negative reviews. Maybe it won't work for problematic or overly dry skin. But for combination skin with occasional breakouts - it's perfect. I am truly in love with this foundation because it makes the skin look well-groomed, has medium coverage, and distributes nicely. It's not matte, nor glossy. It looks very natural on the face, and the shade "sand" is my favorite.
The foundation is not worth its money at all. It applies poorly, accentuates all the flakes (even though I don't have dry skin and applied it with a sponge), and clogs the pores. It quickly disappeared from my nose, and after a few hours, my face was already shining like a greasy pancake (even though I set it with powder, which has never been a problem before). I tried applying it on YSL's primer (Instant Matte Pore Refiner), but there was no difference. Unfortunately, this is not the first YSL product that has disappointed me.
The Touche Eclat Le Teint foundation is beyond praise! I am a lady of a certain age (50+). My skin is normal to dry, so I only choose products with light coverage and only luxury brands! This foundation applies beautifully on the skin and adapts perfectly to its tone (mine is B30 for tanned skin). It illuminates the skin from within, without any feeling of a "mask" on the face, tightness, or emphasizing fine lines. Makeup with this foundation lasts a full workday! It has a light and pleasant scent. You can use it both in winter and summer, as it offers decent sun protection. If any girls find that this product settles into pores and doesn't apply evenly on the skin, I recommend applying it in a very thin layer. It may not cover any noticeable imperfections, but it will make your skin radiant and well-groomed! I definitely recommend it!
Great foundation, I ordered the color br05. I have combination skin (slightly oily T-zone) of a very light color with a neutral pink undertone, plus it is not very pronounced. And I was worried that the foundation wouldn't be suitable, especially after reading many negative reviews. But everything is great!
It has a more matte finish and gives the skin a light glow, with medium+ coverage. It is not a moisturizing foundation, so it is not recommended to apply it on bare skin.
My skin condition is not perfect, but this foundation did not settle into pores or emphasize any flakiness. It is not ultra long-lasting, so after 10-11 hours, I had to touch up with powder in the T-zone and around the nose twice. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase!
I used a sample and I don't understand the negative reviews. The foundation has a medium coverage, which personally didn't suit me. I also didn't notice any radiance, on the contrary, it looked matte on me. I applied it with a sponge on my combination skin without additional moisturizer, and the foundation applied very well, it didn't emphasize pores or dry patches. The only downside for me is that it provides a bit heavy coverage, I prefer something lighter. But I would recommend the foundation.
All the negative reviews unfortunately turned out to be true((
- it accentuates pores and all dry patches (even though I used a serum and cream on my face) and I don't have this problem with other foundation products.
- it sinks into pores and quickly fades away on the sides of the nose, leaving only dry patches.
- it accentuates all skin imperfections (even though I don't have acne or pimples).
- the coverage is quite average.
My shade is the lightest (B10 Porcelain) and it doesn't adjust to my skin tone (even though the consultant claimed otherwise). Unlike the highlighter with the same name, this foundation is just a complete disappointment and a waste of money. I bought it because I had a gift certificate and a 20% discount on customer day... It's really unfortunate. And while there are products that you can get used to, this foundation is just not it.
I don't understand why this foundation is being unfairly hated on. For me, it's almost perfect! I recommend applying it with a beauty blender in a thin layer on moisturized skin, and there won't be any "flakiness". It covers pigmentation and gives the color and glow of healthy skin!
Pay attention, maybe you are using aggressive scrubs, peels, acids... Maybe you apply it with harsh brushes and move it around too much. And as for the packaging, it gives the impression that people have never bought luxury products! The cardboard packaging always comes without any film!
The foundation is no different from mass-market products. What also disappointed me is that the packaging is not sealed in any way. It's just a box and a bottle. So the question is, has anyone used it before me? Makeup - another negative point for you...
If you have visible pores on your face, this cream is not for you! It will be all there... Your face will look like a greasy pancake... I bought it not here, in Europe. I wasted 60€ on it. I do not recommend it.
I like it. It lays evenly and lasts a long time. At first, I received a sample, then I ordered a full jar. The shade adjusts to the skin color. Not bad. Let's see how it goes. Thank you.
I don't know why they say this tone is suitable for all skin types, but here's how it looks on dry skin! Moisturizer, serum, cream, primer, and then only this tone. Sinks into pores, emphasizes all wrinkles. Coverage of redness - no. 1200 UAH in the trash. I do not recommend it for girls with dry skin at all! This is the worst tone I've ever had.
