Gently buff your nails using a polishing block. Then, wipe your nails with a cleanser to remove any dust and residue left from buffing. Apply a base coat and let it dry under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or a UV/LED lamp for 30-40 seconds. Remove the tacky layer afterward.
