In a bowl, mix the dye with the new oxidizer from Inoa. Apply the prepared dye mixture to dry, unwashed hair using a brush. Leave the dye on the hair for 30 minutes. After the processing time is up, thoroughly emulsify the dye on the hair for 10 minutes without adding water. Rinse with plenty of water.
