I bought this toner elsewhere, but decided to leave a review here since I also read all the comments here.
I really liked this toner, it is thick, so it has a small consumption. It moisturizes well, doesn't leave any stickiness, and even reduces slight redness. So, I recommend it to those who want to try it.
I have been using this toner for a while now and I really like it! It worked well for my oily skin. This time, however, it took a long time to arrive (I ordered on July 19th and it arrived on August 2nd), even though the website said it would take 3-5 business days. When I received the product, I was a bit concerned because the bottle looked different from what I was used to. I checked the official website and it turns out the Koreans changed the design, so don't worry (instead of a matte bottle, you will receive a glossy one).
I didn't expect a "wow" effect, since it's just a toner that is supposed to hydrate the skin. But this toner did the job, my skin used to feel tight and dry after washing, but not anymore. It's easy to apply and economical, no more cotton pads needed now.
