The new formula of Purito Defense Barrier Ph Cleanser creates high-quality and safe facial skin care. The product is environmentally friendly, since each component has a 1 or 2 degree of EWG safety. The foam has pH 5.5, which is the closest to the natural pH of our skin. Thanks to this, the product softens running water, neutralizes all aggressive substances that can disrupt the skin barrier and cause dryness.

People who say that it doesn't lather - this is a GEL, not a FOAM. It is not supposed to lather, at least not heavily. Even in the usage instructions, it is meant to be applied directly to the face.
Cleans well, no feeling of tightness.
Not suitable for oily skin! The gel does not tighten, does not clog pores, cleanses gently, BUT during the day, the skin on the face shines so much that you have to apply powder several times to not scare people. (The skincare routine hasn't changed, except for the cleansing foam) I'm going back to my tried and tested product.

I really liked it, it's really soft. It doesn't tighten at all and there is no feeling of dryness on the skin after using it. It provides great basic cleansing. The scent is fresh, it smells like either tea tree oil or centella.
The aroma and consistency are pleasant, but that's about it, unfortunately. It hardly lathers, it's fine for the morning, but in the evening, you need to apply it twice. It doesn't give a feeling of cleanliness. Because of this, it is consumed quickly.

Very lightweight foam, I have combination skin leaning towards oily. I use it for washing my face in the morning, it doesn't dry out my skin, but in the evening, after removing makeup, I feel like I need something "more powerful".

I bought it for the second time, but the first time it was the perfect product. It soothed inflammation, cleansed thoroughly without drying out the skin. But they changed the formula and I was SO DISAPPOINTED. It doesn't lather at all! It just leaves dirt on my face without washing it off. In the previous version, a drop of the product was enough to wash my face properly. Now, not only do I need to use more product, but I also have to wash multiple times to get a decent cleanse!! Manufacturers, please bring back the previous version of the product. This one is just not worth it!
I have acne-prone skin, and many acne face washes dry out my skin. I couldn't find the right one until I decided to choose this face wash, and I didn't regret it at all. I have been using it for six months, and it doesn't dry out or irritate my skin. It cleans well and doesn't cause any inflammation. Everything is just as it should be.
Soft, gentle cleansing. If compared to the gel foam from Cosrx, I liked this one less. They are very similar in composition and pH level. This one has a higher consumption. Although I am a big fan of the Purito brand, the cleansing gel did not work for me. I will not repeat it a second time.

Great gel! I bought it when my Medik8 ran out. This one is just as good, it doesn't dry out the skin, it foams nicely, and the scent is barely noticeable. My skin is normal with occasional breakouts.
Great face cleanser! It doesn't dry out the skin at all and cleanses well. It has a sharp smell, but you get used to it soon.
The facial gel is the best out of all that I have used before, I am buying it again. It cleanses the skin excellently, without causing any tightness or dryness.

Very gently cleanses and does not dry out the face at all (combination skin, prone to dryness on the cheeks). Good value for money. However, I will not repurchase it for two reasons: the smell is slightly unpleasant and the product leaks at the junction of the lid and the tube.

Super basic soft foam. I use it in both my morning and evening routines. No tightness or redness. After using it, my face feels really nice, soft, and clean. Sometimes I don't even use a toner because I don't see the point.

My love. Good pH - doesn't cause any discomfort after washing. I have been using it for two months in the morning and evening, and it seems like it's not even halfway finished. It foams very well, so a small amount is enough. I lather it in my hands or on a cleansing sponge.
Very good budget basic cleanser with the right pH, pleasant and non-drying. Highly recommend as a base!
I didn't buy it here, but I'll leave a review. I liked the foam, it doesn't dry out the skin, very similar to Corx, with the same scent. And I didn't notice any difference in the results between that excellent foam and this one. I recommend it!
