Cool serum, I repeat, probably for the tenth time. The ingredients are good. Don't expect miracles from cosmetics in general, it's just additional hydration. I use it on damp skin, with cream on top. You only need a very small amount. It is suitable for microcurrents, LED devices. For active care, you can add serums with vitamin C, retinol, niacinamide, etc., underneath or on top of it, it won't conflict with anything. You can also use oils. As for the negatives: the pipette, so it's better to buy a jar with a dispenser and transfer it there so that the serum doesn't come into contact with the air unnecessarily.
There is no mention of any moisturization. It's just sticky water that foams when applied. The skin becomes drier after just a minute compared to without it. It moisturizes worse than a toner. The face is covered with a film, like egg white, immediately starts to tighten and flake, dry and burns. There are other Medik8 serums. And there were other serums with hyaluronic acid. Without additional creams on top and other things, they gave good results and didn't dry out. They could have added a drop of propylene glycol or glycerin so that nothing needs to be applied on top. The toner is priced at 2000 UAH for 30 ml. I hope it at least heals due to panthenol. It is impossible to use it on its own, as many people write. Water before applying cream is not what I needed.
I bought it on the recommendation of a cosmetologist because my skin was dehydrated. It moisturizes very well and gives a pleasant feeling on the face, but it runs out quickly.
I love Medik8 brand serums! I use the Tetra serum with vitamin C and the Hydr8 B5 moisturizing serum. I apply the moisturizing serum before applying makeup, the product goes on easily and comfortably. The serum is initially slightly sticky, but it absorbs within seconds and feels like it dries out, leaving a matte finish and a moisturized effect on the face. It's a great serum and a little goes a long way. It doesn't have an oily effect like the Tetra serum, for example. It comes in a transparent glass bottle with a dropper. I purchased this product on the advice of a cosmetologist, due to dryness of the facial skin. The serum has a neutral scent and is applied using a dropper. It absorbs quickly and does not leave a feeling of tightness or film on the face. After applying the serum, I use a moisturizing cream from Medik8. The skin feels velvety to the touch and adequately moisturized.
