Well, what can I say... At first I thought it didn't work well, then I changed the attachment and voila - a clean face, but with some bruises (I made this mistake like all beginners). It cleans pores... but it's true that you need to steam your face properly first! And secondly, I want to say that this product won't extract pimples like a vacuum cleaner. It's not a cure-all for all facial imperfections... you need to use something else in combination. My verdict - it's alright!
