This deodorant is really cool. I was recommended it by my podiatrist. You can spray it on your feet or in your shoes. They also have a great Gehwol Med powder. I mainly use them together. The powder keeps my feet dry and the deodorant prevents the development of bacteria. It lasts a long time.
