Not a bad cream for the cold season, although I'm not particularly fond of the scent, it does provide good moisturization.

It does the job it's supposed to, but the odor is unpleasant.

I use it as a home preventative measure, and this autumn my cheeks are clean and bright for the first time. The cream effectively evens out the skin tone and helps prevent irritations or redness. In the fall, it may be noticeable on the skin when outside, but it's perfect for daily protection during winter frosts.

This product did not work for my facial skin. It leaves a greasy shine. However, I think it would be perfect for use during the cold seasons.

The cream is excellent! I bought it for my child and it protects the cheeks wonderfully. I actually liked it even more than Bioderma's Cold-cream. Ladies, please don't write negative reviews without knowing the purpose of this product. Cold cream should be applied on the face and exposed areas of the body 20 minutes before going outside. Its purpose is to protect the skin from cold and wind. After coming back inside, the cream should be washed off and a moisturizer applied.

With the onset of cold weather, both my husband and I experienced very dry skin around our lips. We tried different creams, but we weren't particularly fond of any of them. However, yesterday I bought Cold Cream and it is truly a lifesaver. Our skin has become soft, it no longer burns, and there is no greasy film. I am reading the reviews, and I am shocked. Ladies, do you even know the intended purpose of this cream? It is meant to protect from wind and cold, not from dryness. The cream is rich and takes a long time to absorb, so I use it at night. In the morning, my skin feels refreshed and there are no signs of dryness, so I am satisfied. Definitely not suitable to use under foundation!

A good winter cream for freezing temperatures. During the warm seasons, I have no issues with my combination skin, but in winter, my cheeks start to flake and turn red. This cream will rescue you from flaking, redness, and irritations. I also use it after peeling - it soothes the skin excellently. Yes, it is greasy, and possibly not suitable for everyone, but it is a lifesaver for dry, flaky areas of the skin. I apply it during freezing temperatures and under makeup. You can even mix it with foundation, then the flakes won't be visible.

Unfortunately, not everything that is oily is nourishing, and if the cream simply forms a thick layer on the skin, it does not mean that it provides super nutrition. Most likely, it restricts airflow and moisture and may even extract it. The presence of paraffin and paraben in the composition significantly clogs the skin. This is the worst product from Aven that I have ever had.

I bought this cream based on a recommendation, but it was absolutely not suitable for me. It is designed for VERY dry skin and extreme cold weather conditions. It is greasy, thick, and difficult to apply. Even though my skin is already quite dry, it becomes even oilier from using this cream, and this effect lasts for 2 days after just one application!

I don't know how one can apply this cream on the face... It's terribly greasy, like a wax film, immediately causing redness and making the skin feel like it can't breathe properly underneath. I even ended up applying it on my heels - and voila, absolutely no effect whatsoever. This cream is just useless, I don't even think I'll give it to anyone, it will probably end up in the trash. You can't even spread anything with it... And the smell isn't great either, although I generally like many products from Avène, but this one, pff... And I didn't understand why it's called a cooling cream... I thought it would have a cooling effect... but that's not the case either.

I am very satisfied with this cream, even though it is typically bought for winter, I purchased it at the end of April. I had a few red spots on my face that were flaky and red. After applying the cream overnight, oh, what a miracle! My face feels hydrated, like after a mask. The spots have become smaller and there is no more flaking. This cream is really cool. The delivery was instant. I am very happy and give it a rating of 5+.
