I ordered for the second time, but this time from the warehouse in Ukraine. The eyeliner is new and draws thin lines nicely. The color is dark brown and beautiful. I will continue ordering, but only from the warehouse in Ukraine.
I ordered this product from the EU. It arrived completely dry and doesn't draw at all. For a refund, they only offer it to a currency bank card, and if you don't have one, you have to go through the hassle of opening one specifically, otherwise there's no other option. Although I paid the courier with cash. Replacing it with another product is only possible from the EU, it's not possible from the Ukrainian warehouse. So I had to order from the EU something that I don't really need. Not only did I wait a week for the package, but now I have to wait for the courier to pick up the faulty product, and then another week, maybe a week and a half, for the new order to arrive. This is the level of care and service quality in makeup.
