I don't feel any difference in usage. I compared it to a cheaper conditioner used by a girl - after using it, her hair felt completely different, as if it was covered with a protective film. But the American Crew Daily Moisturizing Conditioner doesn't have any effect on my hair based on my subjective feelings. I apply it to my hair to use up the bottle, but I don't feel any results at all. Well, except for a minty feeling on my scalp, like with a shampoo with menthol. That's the only difference.
