Start the massage from your feet, moving towards the groin, and then move upwards to the upper body, finishing under the armpits.
1. Begin by massaging from your toes to your ankles – repeat this movement about 5-15 times.
2. Move from your ankles to your knees, repeating 5-15 times. Focus on the calves, working section by section.
3. Continue from your knees to your groin, repeating 5-15 times. Work on your thighs strand by strand.
4. Next, place the brush in the middle of your abdomen and move it upwards towards your armpits. Work on the right side of your abdomen with upward strokes ending under the right armpit, and the left side with strokes ending under the left armpit. Cover the entire abdomen, repeating each movement 5-15 times.
5. Then, brush the décolletage area by placing the brush at your collarbone and directing it towards the armpits. Just like the abdomen, divide the décolletage into two halves. Brush the right half ending under the right armpit, and the left half ending under the left.
6. Next, massage your arms and hands. Start by brushing from your fingertips to your wrists, repeating 5-15 times.
7. Move on to the forearms, brushing upwards and repeating 5-15 times. Work on the entire forearm, section by section.
8. Finally, brush from your elbow to your shoulder. Repeat the movement 5-15 times, covering the entire area.
9. You can also massage your back with someone’s help, using upward strokes and finishing under the armpits.
