Use your fingertips to apply a small amount of base onto your eyelids and gently blend it in. Allow it to dry, then apply eyeshadow. After moisturizing your eyelids with your favorite KIKO product, wait a moment before applying a small amount of Eye Base to your eyelids. Let the base dry, then proceed with your eyeshadow application.
