Oxidative emulsion with a dye activity regulating system. Designed for semi-permanent coloring within the Tint & Tone system. This special lotion formula optimizes the activation process of coloring agents for tone-on-tone coloring or for achieving darker hair shades.

For toning, mix the dye with Tone Lotion ARS (2%) in a 1:2 ratio.
