I was disappointed with this product, especially since I am a fan of this brand. It is completely useless as it doesn't grip the hairs unless you apply very strong pressure, and even then, it only works on thicker hairs. It doesn't even catch finer hairs or fuzz, let alone pluck them out. The design and brush are cool, but it lacks the functionality of a pair of tweezers.
