They moisturize the skin around the eyes well and smooth out fine lines caused by dehydration. They also have a cool toning effect. Perfect for a tough morning!

I bought these patches hoping that they would effectively reduce puffiness and dark circles (not bought here). They absolutely do not work. I used them every other day, following the instructions, but there was no effect at all. I do not recommend them.
