On the image it says "Extra Soft" in Ukrainian, and in the description it says "medium firmness". The packaging also has two stickers with different translations. This is misleading for the buyer.
The brush is excellent in every aspect - design, quality, and softness, just what I needed. From now on, I will only buy such brushes!
P.S. I read the previous comments and don't understand what the problem was there - I already have a second brush like this (blue), used this one for almost 4 months and the blue one for a month - and there are no complaints.
Well, it's an average brush. It looks visually appealing and yes, it's eco-friendly. But not all eco-friendly products are of good quality and not everything is suitable for use. After a week, the brush completely fell apart for my daughter, even though she used it carefully. In short, we'll have to order another one, unfortunately(((
