Submerge the mouthpieces in hot water for 30 seconds, apply to top and bottom gum lines to make a dental impression. Then place them into cold water and trim the holder, which you used for submerging. Spread a thin layer of Yotuel 7 Hours whitening gel into each mouthpiece. Place them onto the teeth and wear for an hour.

The whitening is there, but it's definitely not as snow-white as on the packaging... and I also burned myself in the oral cavity with peroxide - even though I strictly followed the instructions by time... maybe it's very important to make precise caps - so that it's convenient to endure that time - my caps turned out to be unsuccessful - it was very uncomfortable, maybe that's why the gel leaked... I won't be buying it again.
I used it for a week, 1 hour per day. Some of the stains lightened, the yellowing definitely disappeared. Tooth sensitivity did not appear at all. Don't expect your teeth to be as white as in the advertisement. But for at-home whitening without the dreadful sensitivity that comes after dental whitening - it's fine!
The product cleans the outer layers of enamel well, but there is no whitening effect at all. It does not change the color. If the pigmentation is deeper, it has no effect at all. Strong sensitivity occurs, but it goes away after taking breaks. I used two tubes at once, and there was no effect at all from one of them. And I think that the toothpaste is also part of the process, not just a bonus.
The whitening result is noticeable after the first use. I used one tube of gel for one course, which lasted for more than 10 days when used according to the instructions. Another course can be completed in six months using another tube of gel.
During the first whitening session, there were unpleasant and painful sensations, but they were not observed in subsequent applications.
However, it should not be expected that the result at the end of the course will be as advertised. The result is good enough, but still not as bright as expected.
I have been using it for three days and the results are visible from the first application. I used it exactly as instructed - one hour per day. After the third time, the whitening was approximately the same as after one session at the dentist's office using Zoom, but there the harmful light negatively affects the enamel and the gel burns, while here it is safe and painless. The process is very simple and quick. After each use, I apply a remineralizing gel for a few minutes to prevent sensitivity. I am satisfied, it is a very affordable and high-quality option for at-home whitening.
A couple of years ago, I used this system and was very satisfied. I used to buy it at the pharmacy, but then they stopped supplying it. Thanks to makeup, they started selling it.
As for the system itself, in the beginning, your teeth become sensitive, but it goes away in a couple of days. I apply 1 drop at night, personally, it's more convenient for me. The effect lasts a long time. I haven't tried other systems. What is very convenient is the tube, if you don't open it, you can use a second one after some time. The shelf life of the opened gel tube is 6 months, and the toothpaste is 12 months. This means you can whiten your teeth, take a break, and then repeat it after six months.
