Usage Instructions
Hands: Begin the massage from the fingers and move up towards the shoulders, finishing under the armpit or on the collarbone.
If your skin enjoys it, you can also massage the décolleté, neck, and chest. Start the massage at the neck, using gentle circular motions.
For the chest, use short strokes starting from the nipples, followed by longer strokes between the breasts, underneath them, and towards the armpits.
Finish the massage with movements along the lower back and tailbone.
The duration of the massage depends on individual needs, typically 5-10 minutes each day or every other day. Initially, the skin may appear slightly pink, but over time, you can apply more pressure. You will start to feel the benefits after just a few sessions. The bioavailability of active ingredients in cosmetic products increases, making their effects more noticeable.
