Clean the skin thoroughly and apply oil or serum. Use Gua Sha along the massage lines: from the centre of the forehead to the temples, from the wings of the nose to the temples, from the tip of the nose up to the centre of the forehead, from the corners of the mouth to the middle of the ears, from the centre of the chin to the earlobes.
