Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap. Fold the cup. There are various folding methods—you can try different ones to find the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it has been correctly positioned. If in doubt, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval once inserted. If you notice any dents or indentations, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once it's in place, try gently pulling on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully positioned!
