Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try various ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. Upon successful insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the bottom of the cup - it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you notice dents, the cup hasn't fully expanded. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once it's in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is set, and the cup is securely in place!
