Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try them and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been properly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval when inserted correctly. If you detect any dents or indentations, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a seal. Once in place, gently tug on the stem. If you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
