Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Begin by washing your hands thoroughly with soap. Fold the cup. There are different methods for folding—feel free to try various ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. Once in place, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been positioned correctly. If unsure, feel the base of the cup—it should be round or oval when inserted. If you notice dents or creases, it means the cup hasn’t fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a seal. Once it's secure, try pulling the stem slightly; if you feel resistance, the suction seal is in place, and the cup is successfully positioned!
