The comb is simply useless. The plastic quality is low, but for such a price, it's normal. The comb itself doesn't comb as it should. I use the curly hair method and I know how it works. It's supposed to comb wet hair well and help shape curls (or waves). If Tangle Teezer does this perfectly with a rating of 10 out of 10, then this comb, when I used it on already combed Tangle Teezer hair, tangled them and couldn't do anything, almost pulling out strands of hair. I watched videos on how to use it and seemed to do everything correctly, but compared to the same Tangle Teezer, it's not even close. I have no complaints about MakeUp.
