Like it. I've been using it for several months. Almost nothing left in the bottle. I have blonde hair, slightly below shoulder length.
Firstly, it has a very pleasant scent.
Secondly, after use, the hair feels very soft.
For me, there is nothing more to expect. Everything is great. It fulfills its functions. It is thick enough and lasts a long time.
I don't know how it would work for someone with oily hair, as it should be applied only from the middle of the hair.

For thin and non-voluminous hair, with shoulder length, this product is not suitable at all. After using it, the hair looks like it's dirty (tested multiple times). Although the dark violet series really suits this hair type.

Conditioner is great, it has the same effect as a mask, hair is obedient and soft. It works well for my daughter's light blonde hair and my highlighted hair. My daughter has a short hairstyle and in the morning, there were no more tangles like before. And this is just using the conditioner from this series, we haven't tried the shampoo yet. I will definitely buy the shampoo now.
The scent reminds me of Dior Addict. Everything is positive. I am a dyed blonde, and after washing, my hair gets tangled. Usually conditioners make hair soft and easy to comb. But this conditioner is like good-smelling dish soap.

The conditioner is great, the scent is subjective.
After using it, I also use the Total Trit mask, after which the smell disappears and the effect is then better.

Separate plus for the color and scent, but if there are no strong budget constraints, I recommend adding and buying the Kerastase fondant for blondes, it is much better. Overall, this one is also quite decent, a world of difference compared to cheap products.
I used this conditioner until I dyed my hair and didn't know the disaster that awaited me. After that, it was only a "black streak" of bad luck until I tried L'Oreal Professionnel. It is a bit more expensive, but quality comes at a price. However, fans of the Matrix brand will appreciate this line.

This conditioner did not work at all for my curly, thin hair. I struggled with it for 3-4 uses and have now bought a different one. In general, I have a great opinion of the Matrix brand, I love their moisturizing shampoo and leave-in treatments. But this conditioner - it's terrible. It slides off the hair and because of that, it feels like there's not enough of it, I had to add more. It rinsed off poorly. There was a feeling of unwashed heavy hair and some kind of film on them. And in my curly hair care routine, I need to apply a leave-in treatment and styling product after the conditioner. In the end, my hair didn't look the same as before, it looked dull and even a bit greasy at the roots. I've never had this issue with any other conditioners, so it's definitely this one. Overall, I do not recommend it for light, thin hair.
Today I received the balm and immediately tested it.
After using it, my hair is not dry and dries as usual (without "icicles", as the girls mentioned before).
My hair is definitely better, but the ends are a bit dry.
I would give the balm a solid 4 with a small plus.
